The team is headed by the founder, Mohamed Hassanali.
Mohamed Hassanali, CEO and Director
The mastermind behind the dynamic growth and development of HassConsult is the hard work of Mohamed Hassanali. This has been the impetus for HassConsult to consistently forge ahead as one of the leading real estate firms in Kenya since its inception.
Mohamed has now been a property consultant for over 20 years. During this time, he has developed an outstanding reputation among clients throughout Africa as well as Europe, Asia and United States for his expertise in property development and real estate as well as his managerial and finance approach in the real estate profession.
Mohamed is a member of the Chartered Management Institute (MCMI) and the Institute of Financial Accountants (FFA). In addition, he is a Registered International Member (RIM) and Registered Property Manager (RPM) with the International Real Estate Institute, which has both a consultative status with the United Nations and serves as a member of the International Association of Real Estate Professionals.
Hamida Hassanali, Director
Hamida Hassanali is the Co-Founder and Director at HassConsult. In 1992, Hamida Hassanali joined her husband in the property industry and her experience in real estate has been largely hands-on for this time. The Public Relations and Sales aspect of the company has developed its reputation solely through her dedication and to-date, few could beat her in gauging accurate property values.

Kazimali Moledina, Finance Manager
Kazim joined HassConsult as Finance Manager in the year 2003 after having worked with KPMG Tanzania for 3 ½ years as an Audit and Tax senior. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
During his time with KPMG, Kazim provided his clients with valuable audit and tax consultancy services including research on Pension Schemes and Tourism in Tanzania. Without a doubt, he comes with valuable finance experience having dealt with companies and donor funded projects such as Total Tanzania Ltd, Tanga Cement Company, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Knight Frank Tanzania Ltd, Siemens Ltd, Phoenix of Tanzania Assurance Company Ltd, Tanzania Tea Packers Ltd, ABB Berkeley Ltd, ABB Tanzania Ltd, Africa Online, First Capital Partners, Concern Worldwide Tanzania, International Trachoma Initiative and Ireland Aid among others.
Fatima Moledina, Sales Manager
Fatima Moledina heads the Sales and Letting department of HassConsult. She is involved in all aspects of agency such as marketing properties, negotiating and agreeing terms with various parties, drawing up legal documents and ensuring proper execution, accounting for client funds and generally managing the agency team.
She graduated in the year 2000 with honours and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Land Management from the University of Reading where she specialized in Investment and Finance.
She also holds a diploma in Interior Design with the Institute of Interior Design (UK).
She is currently undergoing training for membership to the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as well as training for membership to the Institute of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK).
In addition to her scholarly pursuits, Fatima has worked as an accountant with various small companies, starting as early as 1994. In 1999, she worked with Knight Frank Ltd, an international Real Estate firm based in Nairobi and in their Tanzanian office as Residential Property Manager in 2002.
Farhana Hassanali, Property Development Manager
Farhana Hassanali has worked with HassConsult on a part-time basis since its’ inception and assumed a full time position in July of 2001. Due to her early start at the company, Farhana has worked in virtually all its’ departments and comes with a solid foundation in the principles of the business. She now heads the property development department where her roles include finance and cash flow appraisals, market research and development concepts, project co-ordination and management.
She is also currently undergoing training for membership to both the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as well as the Institute of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK). She is a Registered Estate Agent (REA).
Farhana’s academic history has been brilliant where she consistently scooped best student awards. She graduated with a First Class BSc (Hons) degree in Land Management with a specialization in Investment & Finance from the University of Reading and achieved the coveted Archie Sherman prize for the best performance over the three years of the undergraduate degree. Most recently, Farhana has completed an executive MBA from Strathmore University.
Mustafa Hassanali, Computer and Technology Associate
Mustafa Hassanali is the Computer and Technology Associate of HassConsult. When it comes to the knowledge of computers and the application of technology, Mustafa Hassanali is the principal leader at HassConsult. He is the designer of the company's web site www.hassconsult.co.ke as well as one of the key members responsible for the preparation of the colour brochures.
In addition, Mustafa has created database programs to assist the Directors of HassConsult to record the progress and development of all residential and commercial properties. Moreover, he is the "wizard" member at HassConsult responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting electronic correspondence via email as well as a wide range of technological applications to the real estate business.
Sakina Hassanali, Marketing Manager
As Marketing Manager at HassConsult Sakina plans, directs and controls all business and marketing efforts for the company.
Sakina received a joint honours degree from the University of Wales, Cardiff in Economics and Management sciences in 2005 and is well placed as Marketing Manager at HassConsult having worked at TBWA/Redsky advertising as an Account manager for two years. Her role there included formulating strategy and coordinating the execution and implementation of advertising campaigns for Kenya’s largest FMCG, retail, automotive and financial advertisers.
